Thurston Community Television (TCTV) is a non-profit agency that manages local public, education and government (PEG) cable television access on contract with the City of Olympia and other local jurisdictions.
Olympia also contracts with TCTV to provide staff and professional assistance to televise City Council meetings and develop informational videos and programs.
The TCTV Board of Directors is made up of member representatives, community representatives, and jurisdictional representatives from the cities of Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and Thurston County.

As allowed by current federal law, public access to cable television facilities and air time is a benefit of the cable franchise agreements that Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and Thurston County have negotiated with Comcast. Comcast provides the TCTV studio and administrative facility on Yauger Way on a $1 per year lease according to terms of the City's franchise agreement and a monthly cash contribution to the City for PEG equipment and other capital expenses.
The TCTV Board meets on the last Wednesday of the month, at 6 p.m., in TCTV Studio A, 400 Yauger Way, Suite C.
