Subdivision of a 5.01 acre site located at 2017 22nd Ave SE. The proposal is to subdivide one parcel into 24 single-family lots, and five tracts established for stormwater, trees, a pedestrian trail, open space, and a private access road. Associated street improvements at the intersection of Cain Road and 22nd Avenue include a turn lane, travel lanes, bike lanes, planting strip, sidewalk, street trees, streetlights, and a right-of-way dedication – meeting the standards of a Major Collector roadway. A public hearing is required as part of the review of the proposal.

The Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) will meet to review and forward any project recommendations to the Hearing Examiner in a public meeting on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. The meeting will be held in Room 207, City Hall. The public is welcome to attend, however public testimony will not be taken.

A tentative date for the Village at Cain Road Hearing Examiner public hearing has been scheduled for June 24, 2019. Notice of the public hearing will be posted on-site and mailed to all property owners, parties of record, area recognized neighborhood associations, and published in The Olympian.
